Questions about pricing
What is a Spec Token?
Spec Tokens pay for the AI work in SpecMatches. Assessing one CV uses 3 and generating a job's scoring criteria uses 7. Quick checks, contact checks, email drafts and re-running a single criterion don't use any.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is one person who signs in to your company's SpecMatches workspace. Team includes three and Business ten. Extra seats are €49 a month on Team and €39 a month on Business.
What happens when we run out of Spec Tokens?
New assessments and criteria generation pause until you top up. Everything else keeps working, including your candidates, pipeline and emails. You'll see a warning in the app before your balance runs low.
Do Spec Tokens expire?
No. Unused tokens stay in your balance, whether they came with your plan or from a top-up.
Can we pay yearly?
Yes. Pay for ten months and get twelve: €1,990 a year for Team or €8,990 a year for Business. Extra seats are €490 a year on Team and €390 a year on Business.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Teams often start on Team and move up to Business as they grow. Your Spec Token balance stays in your workspace when you switch.
Can we try it before we buy?
Yes. Our free pilot runs SpecMatches on one of your real roles. Send anonymised CVs, or real ones once we've signed a data processing agreement (AVV) with you, and judge the ranking and reasoning on candidates you already know.
Are prices with or without VAT?
All prices are net. SpecMatches is for business customers, and VAT is added where it applies.
How do recruiters sign in?
With their existing company Microsoft account. There are no separate passwords to manage, and your admin decides who can access the workspace.
